stress management.

happy labour day.

being a teacher brings lot of new experience in my life. i could see true happiness inside the kids, all their fears, yet big hearts of them. it shows me that life is more than what i need. my mom keep on saying that every jobs have ups and downs. stress nor distress.

stress management. *breath*

friends, i always tell my kids in school that stress will spoiled every happiness that we already have. i mean, kids love to teased their friends. its okay, because that is what they should be. it is kind of their moment when in that age. as a teacher, i have to keep on telling the kids that teasing is okay, and stress totally make it something bigger.

how to manage your stress?

deep breath for 10 secs to 15 secs.
drink some plain water.
take a minute to think what you have done.
take a minute to think what you're going to do.
speak with your mind..

it is important to manage my stress, sensei?

yeap. you are what you did. people will reflect everything that you do, including how you can manage your emotion (in this context, yeah, it's your stress).

well, stress management starts neath you. you choose.
